The Breakfast Project – Food education program serving the students of Harvey Milk Civil Rights Academy, a public elementary school in the heart of San Francisco’s Castro District. Integrating hands-on cooking and garden-based learning into the fabric of school life, connecting students more deeply to their own bodies, each other, and their local communities.
Muttville Senior Dog Rescue – Changing the way the world thinks about and treats older dogs
SF LGBT Center – Connecting community members to opportunities, resources, and each other
Life Moves – Addressing the fundamental need for everyone to have safe and dignified housing
Second Harvest of Silicon Valley – Volunteers working to end hunger in the community
